Return & Refund Policy – Wooden Furniture (14-Day Return)

You may item within 14 days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the furniture must be:

• unused and not installed or permanently assembled

• in its original condition, free from scratches, stains, dents, or damage

• returned in its original packaging, including all parts, fittings, and instructions

Please note that natural characteristics of wood (such as grain patterns, knots, and minor color variations) are part of the product’s normal appearance and are not considered defects.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the full purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method.
